Maruti Grand Vitara Crosses 3 Lakh Sales Milestone; Nexa Cars Gets Offers Up To Rs 1.33 Lakh This June 2025

Models like the Maruti Baleno, Grand Vitara and Invicto get discounts over Rs 1 lakh this month
After being launched in 2022, the Maruti Grand Vitara has crossed 3 lakh unit cumulative sales. The carmaker has said that this achievement has been driven by the strong hybrid variants of the compact SUV, which contributed to a 43 percent year-on-year (YoY) growth in the previous fiscal year (FY 24-25).
Along with this news, the carmaker has also revealed the model-wise discounts that are available in June 2025. These models include the Maruti Grand Vitara, Ignis, Balneo, Fronx, Jimny, XL6 and the Invicto, which get a maximum discount of up to Rs 1.33 lakh. Let us take a look at the detailed discounts available with all these cars:

- The Maruti Ignis' automated manual transmission (AMT) variants get the above discounts.

The MT trims, on the other hand, get a lower Rs 20,000 cash discount amounting to a total discount of Rs 38,100.

Other benefits include a Rs 15,000 exchange bonus, Rs 30,000 scrappage bonus, Rs 2,100 corporate discount and Rs 3,100 rural discount, that are common across all variants.

Prices of the Maruti Ignis range between Rs 5.85 lakh and Rs 8.12 lakh (ex-showroom).

- The above discounts are available with all the CNG variants and the base-spec Sigma trim of the Baleno with a manual transmission.

Other petrol-manual variants get a lower Rs 25,000 cash discount, while the AMT trims get Rs 30,000 cash discount.

An exchange bonus of Rs 15,000, scrappage bonus worth Rs 25,000 and rural offer worth Rs 2,100 are common across all variants.

An additional exchange bonus of Rs 50,000 is available for customers who wish to exchange their Swift or Baleno which are not older than 3 years.

The Maruti Baleno is priced from Rs 6.70 lakh to Rs 9.92 lakh (ex-showroom).

While the entry-level Sigma trim gets no cash discount this month, the other petrol-manual and CNG variants are offered with Rs 17,000 and Rs 10,000 cash discounts, respectively.

Maruti has priced the Fronx sub-4m crossover between Rs 7.54 lakh and 13.04 lakh (ex-showroom).

- The aforementioned discounts are applicable to all the strong hybrid variants of the Maruti Grand Vitara, which also get an extended warranty at no extra cost.

The CNG trims get no cash discount, but a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus, a Rs 35,000 scrappage bonus and Rs 3,100 rural discount.

The base-spec Sigma variant gets no cash discount, but features a Rs 30,000 exchange bonus and Rs 3,100 rural discount, both of which are common to all the naturally aspirated petrol variants. It also gets a scrappage bonus of Rs 35,000, which is Rs 45,000 for the Delta, Zeta and Alpha trims.

The only difference is that customers of the mid-spec Delta trim get a Rs 30,000 cash discount or a Dominion Kit accessory pack at Rs 11,000.

The higher-spec Zeta and Alpha trims feature a choice between either a lower Rs 20,000 cash discount or a Dominion Kit accessory pack at Rs 15,000.

Customers of the old Maruti Brezza or S-Cross who want to upgrade to the Grand Vitara get an additional exchange bonus of Rs 50,000.
