Mahindra Marazzo Expected Prices: How Will It Compare Against Toyota Innova Crysta, Maruti Ertiga

Mahindra Marazzo has been launched in India with a entry-level price tag of Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). It is now stacked right in between the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and theToyota Innova Crysta. To see how it counters these two MPVs in terms of price and specifications, click here.
The Mahindra Marazzo will follow the brand’s usual nomenclature and is expected to be sold in a choice of four variants - M2, M4, M6 and the top-spec M8 variant. It is now known that the Marazzo will be available with 7- and 8-seat layout. It will come equipped with features such as ABS with EBD and brake assist and dual airbags as standard. The Marazzo's top variant will get projector headlamps with LED daytime running lamps, 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, leatherette seat upholstery, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity and roof-mounted AC unit.
The Marazzo is expected to be powered by a 1.5-litre diesel engine only, but a petrol engine will be introduced later. Let’s move on to the expected prices now.

Maruti Suzuki is set to launch the second-gen Ertiga in India in 2018 and it is expected to be more premium than the existing one. So we expect the Ertiga to become slightly more expensive than now. But the Marazzo is also expected to be a premium product and one that is bigger than the Ertiga. If its top variant is priced around Rs 12 lakh, we think it could turn out to be an MPV of choice for those who can't stretch their budget for the Toyota Innova Crysta.
