UPDATE: Hyundai India has launched the 2025 Venue (check prices here) and the 2025 Venue N Line (detailed prices here).

The current-spec facelifted Hyundai Venue has been on sale in India since 2022, after being launched originally in 2019. In recent times, the new-generation model of the Venue was spotted testing and Hyundai has confirmed that the 2025 Venue will be launched in India on October 24, 2025.

While more details of the upcoming second-generation Hyundai sub-4m SUV is expected to be revealed in the coming times, several spy shots give a slime of what can be expected from it. Here’s a detailed account of this:

New Gen Hyundai Venue: What is Expected?

The recently spied test mules of the new-genVenue reveal that it will have a boxier styling compared to the current-spec model. It will continue to come with a split-LED headlight setup arranged in a square housing. However, the pictures also reveal a rectangular grille that looks similar to the Hyundai Alcazar that should give it a bolder look. Look closely and you will also notice the front parking sensors which is not a feature offered currently with the Venue.

Not only will the fascia undergo a thorough redesign, its side profile will get a good number of updates. To complement its SUV-nature, Hyundai will equip the new generation Venue with chunkier wheel arches and a new set of alloy wheels. That being said, the rear is expected to continue with connected LED tail lights, the design of which will be changed.

Unlike the exterior design, the cabin of the 2025 Venue is yet to be seen. However, as seen with any new generation model, it won’t be wrong to expect Hyundai thoroughly redesigning the dashboard to make it look more modern and upmarket.

The Venue is also expected to borrow the Kia Syros’ dual 12.3-inch screens (one for the infotainment system and another for the driver’s display) and become the first Hyundai car to be equipped with such a feature. Notably, the Venue has always been a feature-rich offering and hence, it is expected to be equipped with premium convenience features like a panoramic sunroof and ventilated front seats, as some of its prime rivals offer them. That being said, it will carry over a lot of amenities from the current-spec model, including a 4-way powered driver’s seat, a wireless phone charger and auto AC with rear vents.

Save for the front parking sensors, its safety suite is expected to be similar to the currently-available Venue with features like 6 airbags (as standard), a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera and an enhanced Level-2 suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

New Gen Hyundai Venue: Expected Powertrain Options

It is expected that Hyundai will offer the same naturally aspirated petrol, turbo-petrol and diesel engine options with the new-generation Venue. Here are the details:

New Gen Hyundai Venue: Expected Price And Rivals

The new-generation 2025 Hyundai Venue is expected to come at a reasonable premium over the current-spec model, prices of which range from Rs 7.94 lakh to Rs 13.62 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). Upon launch, it will renew its rivalry with the Kia Sonet, Skoda Kylaq, Kia Syros, Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger.
