Tata Motors has launched the 2025 Tata Altroz facelift in a total of seven variants: Smart, Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative S, Accomplished S, and Accomplished Plus S. The Altroz continues to be the only hatchback in its segment to be available with petrol, CNG and diesel powertrain choices. Besides its existing manual and dual-clutch automatic transmission choices, it gets a new automated manual gearbox this time with the naturally aspirated petrol engine.

2025 Tata Altroz Facelift: Powertrain Options
Except for the new AMT with the petrol engine, there has been no change in the 2025 Altroz’s powertrain lineup.

Notably, only the naturally aspirated petrol engine is offered with all three gearboxes: manual, AMT, and DCT. Meanwhile, the CNG and diesel options are limited to a manual transmission only.

- The petrol-manual and CNG options are offered on all variants except the top-spec Accomplished Plus S.

Price & Rivals
The 2025 Tata Altroz facelift’s prices range between Rs 6.89 lakh to Rs 11.49 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). It competes with the Maruti Baleno, Toyota Glanza and Hyundai i20.
