It will be available in seven broad variants: HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK Plus, HTK Plus (O), HTX and HTX Plus. We have gotten our hands on some images of a displayed model of the Clavis from our dealership sources. Let us take a look at everything that can be seen in this model:
What Could Be Spotted?
The displayed Kia Carens Clavis has a Sparkling Silver shade that looks very premium and classy. However, the Carens Clavis is also available in 7 more colour options, including Ivory Silver Gloss, Pewter Olive, Glacier White Pearl, Imperial Blue, Gravity Grey and Aurora Black Pearl.
It comes with three-pod LED headlights arranged in a triangular pattern and inverted V-shaped LED DRLs. However, no radar sensors for the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) can be seen as this feature is exclusive to the automatic variant.
In profile, it gets 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels and chrome door handles. It also gets a black cladding that runs across the lower edge and a silver trim over the cladding on the door. The outside rearview mirrors are body-coloured and feature a camera module, showcasing the presence of the 360-degree camera in the displayed Carens Clavis variant.
The rear features connected LED tail lights and a black rear bumper with silver skid plate. It also gets a T-GDi badge on the tailgate that specifies that the showcased variant gets a turbo-petrol engine.
Now talking about the interior, what is visible is a dual-tone navy blue and beige interior theme and a two-spoke steering wheel with the same hues. The seats can be seen carrying the same beige and blue upholstery. It also features captain seats for middle-row occupants, confirming this is the six-seater version.
Moreover, dual 12.3-inch screens can also be seen. Keen eyed viewers can also spot a dual-camera dashcam setup, a Bose badge on the speakers and a 6-speed manual gearbox.
All of this confirms that the displayed model is the top-spec HTX Plus variant with the turbo-petrol manual combination.
