Watch Video: How Many Bags Can Fit In The Volvo EX30’s Boot
The Volvo EX30 has a 318-litre to 400-litre boot space, depending on how you measure it, which can be further expanded by folding the rear seats
The India-spec Volvo EX30 has been unveiled as the brand’s new entry-level model, with prices set to be announced in September 2025. It will come to India through the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) route and be offered with a single battery option.
The EX30 is a little over 4 metres in length, and also has a claimed boot space of 318 litres. We recently got a chance to spend some time with it and decided to put that boot space to the test in real-world conditions. Here’s how it performed:
The Test
For this test, we packed three medium-sized suitcases, one small suitcase, two backpacks, and a small handbag to see if the EX30’s boot could accommodate them all.
Impressively, everything fit in with ease. We arranged two medium suitcases and the small one side-by-side, with the third medium suitcase stacked on top. The two backpacks and the handbag sat neatly above them, still leaving enough space for another handbag or some small parcels.
