The facelifted people mover is expected to launch on November 24

  • New images reveal feature, exterior and interior updates.

  • Engine options to remain unchanged: 2.4-litre diesel and 2.7-litre petrol.

  • Both powerhouses are available with a 5-speed MT as standard and an optional 6-speed automatic.

  • Prices expected to increase by around Rs 50,000 over the current range of Rs 15.66 lakh to Rs 23.63 lakh (ex-showroom).

A detailed set of images of the facelifted Toyota Innova Crysta from a dealer yard has surfaced hinting at its imminent launch. Sources have revealed that the prices could be revealed in the next couple of days. Along with the images, we’ve also received details of the variant-wise feature additions to the updated Innova Crysta.

The Toyota Innova Crysta facelift will be available in the usual five variants: G, G+, GX, VX and ZX. Here are the variant-wise feature changes:

Feature update/addition

Variants

GX, VX and ZX

Alloy wheel design update

Other feature highlights will remain as is. The headlining equipment will comprise cruise control, powered driver’s seat, rear AC vents and seven airbags.

The Toyota Innova Crysta facelift will soldier on with the same set of engine and transmission options. It packs a 2.7-litre petrol and 2.4-litre diesel engine. Both the engines are paired with a 5-speed manual transmission as standard with the option of a 6-speed automatic transmission on offer.

Toyota had earlier removed the Innova Crysta Touring Sport from its official website. We expect Toyota to increase the prices by around Rs 50,000 to offset the increased equipment. The pre-facelift model retails between Rs 15.66 lakh and Rs 23.63 lakh. It rivals the MG Hector Plus, the upcoming Tata Gravitas, and the Hexa BS6.
