Maruti Baleno was the only premium hatchback to cross 10,000 unit sales in April 2025, which is more than the sales figures of all its rivals combined
Sales numbers for the premium hatchbacks are in and the segment has seen an increase in demand in April 2025. Maruti Baleno remained the bestseller while models like Toyota Glanza and Tata Altroz have also witnessed increasing sales during the month. The average yearly sales of the entire segment have however dropped significantly from April 2024.
