Audi A8 L 4.2 TDI Launched at Rs. 1 Crore
And taking the levels and expectations of the luxury car segment a level higher, Audi presented the A8 L 4.2 TDI today at a price of Rs. 1 Crore 75 thousand (ex-showroom Maharashtra). Audi A8L is large, no matter what angle you look at it from, not just figuratively but literally, from looks to comfort features to technology and power, Audi A8L TDI is fully loaded.

Under the hood, this diesel version is powered by V8 4.2 TDI q engine which will deliver 350bhp and an 800Nm of torque. The mill is mated to a ZF 8 speed automatic tiptronic gearbox with DSP and sport program with an all-wheel drive. This new super luxurious sporty A8 accelerates from 0-100kmph in just 5.6seconds. The top speed for the car will be 250kmph. On the safety front, the car comes with a dual-circuit brake system with diagonal split with ESP, hydraulic brake assist, front and rear disk brakes, electromechanical parking brake.
On the exterior, the machine looks as calm and composed as ever in terms of its looks and best in class rear seat comfort. And one of the first celebrities to lay their hand on the Audi A8 4.2 TDI will be Abhishek Bachchan, who will soon take the delivery of a customized version of this vehicle.
In the cabin, as usual, keeping in sync with the Audi name, one can see a perfect blend of leather and wood, finished with perfection. As it has already been established in the past, A8 L is preferred by those who love to be chauffeur driven. And keeping this in mind, Audi has loaded the rear seating area of the cabin with features like electrical adjust for the seats, seat ventilation, massage seats, refrigerator placed inside the back of the seats, the left rear seat adjusts to best and most comfortable position and the front seat moves ahead making more leg room for the passenger and all is done at just a touch of a button.
