Mercedes-Benz has become the first automaker to enter residential property market. The move is a joint venture with Frasers Hospitality Group. Mercedes plans on bringing its design philosophy and state-of-the-art technologies to luxury rental apartments. The project is set out of Kensington London, which happens to be one of the most premium real estate properties in UK. November onwards, customers will be able to rent one out of six serviced apartments, brought to them by ‘Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser’. The company also plans on expanding to Singapore with a line-up of nine apartments.
The signature Mercedes-Benz design reflects in the interiors, design and furniture choices of these apartments. The chandelier flaunts Swarovski crystals and dining & living area comes with Burmester sound system. The reading lights, which are integrated into the headrest are designed to be reminiscent of Merc’s projector headlamps. The Entertainment system also helps guests to connect, access entertainment features, browse through mercedes products and services. This is carried out with the help of Mercedes me smart TV app on the media wall.
