Besides major design updates that set it apart, the 2025 Altroz also gets some added features over the outgoing model
The 2025 Tata Altroz facelift has been fully revealed and its prices will be announced on May 22. The new Altroz has received an evolutionary update with cosmetic changes that give it a sharper look as well as some added features. While we’ve compared the design changes of the two models before, in this report, we detail the list of things the 2025 Altroz gets over the outgoing one.
New Lighting Elements

The 2025 Tata Altroz facelift comes with a completely new lighting setup. It now gets twin-pod LED headlights instead of the older halogen projector units. The car also features newly designed eyebrow-like LED DRLs that are longer than before, as well as LED fog lights. At the back, the Altroz now has connected LED tail lights, replacing the earlier wraparound halogen ones.
Flush-type Door Handles
Tata has updated the 2025 Altroz with flush-type door handles for the front doors, similar to what is found in their Curvv SUV coupe. Notably, this design element is a first for the premium hatchback segment. The updated handles also get illumination which makes it look premium.
New Steering Wheel
The 2025 Altroz gets a two-spoke steering wheel with a gloss black panel and illuminated logo. This is borrowed from other Tata models like the Tiago and Nexon and gives the Altroz a more modern appearance.
Larger Digital Driver's Display
The 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster has been updated to a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display in the top-end variant of the Altroz. This is a segment-first feature and the display relays maps on it while using Google Maps or Apple Maps. It also has a blind view monitor integrated into it.
Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
The 2025 Tata Altroz also gets a safety update besides design and convenience. It comes with an inbuilt tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) which has been missing in the outgoing model. The TPMS helps monitor tyre pressure and notifies you if one of the tyres has less air.
