Owing to the tremendous success of famous Volkswagen Polo and the Volkswagen Vento in the auto market for the year 2010, the car models were graced with prestigious titles at the Automobile Awards.

The exciting Volkswagen Polo and Volkswagen Vento were graced with as many as 12 awards encircling the utmost prestigious title of Car of the Year at 3 simultaneous occasions. Addressing the proud occasion, Mr. Neeraj Garg who is the Member of Board and Director at Volkswagen Passenger Cars commented that the company is simply proud to receive the awards from such learned and experienced jury. He also said that the two models from company's stable, Volkswagen Polo and Volkswagen Vento are the star cars which have made the company proud with its outstanding performance and recognition.

The company has already marked a sale of 27,946 units of its Volkswagen Polo and Volkswagen Vento till December 2010. Coming to the next star model, Volkswagen Vento, the car was awarded with Car of the Year, Premium Compact Sedan of the year, Saloon Car of the year, Mid Size Car of the year and Design of the year award.

Everything is good and accepted, but company should also look at the wait time of the car which is taking around 6 months ( diesel/polo), if this is taken care then nothing like it.
