What Has Been Seen?
In the latest teaser, the Harrier EV takes on the challenge of climbing the Elephant Rock in Kerala which is at an altitude of 3,937 feet. Despite some locals in the video calling the route dangerous, the Harrier EV, equipped with an all-wheel-drive system and driven by off-roader Dr. Mohammed Fahed, successfully completed the climb. Here’s a look at the features that made this feat possible:
-
Off-road Assist: The Harrier EV was seen to use its off-road assist which helps the SUV maintain a stable speed while tackling obstacles and inclines without the need for throttle input.
-
Transparent Mode in 360-degree camera: This feature allows the driver to see what’s underneath the car so you can avoid rocks or any obstacles while going off-road.
-
Boost Mode: The boost mode gives the Harrier EV a quick burst of power to climb the 34-degree incline of the final phase of the Elephant Rock. This feature is particularly useful for such steep and tough sections or even to make a quick overtake on the road.

-
Rock Crawl Mode: The Harrier EV also has this feature which makes it easier to drive slowly and steadily over big rocks or uneven surfaces.
-
Mud Ruts Mode: Besides, the features put to use we also spotted this feature in the Harrier EV’s drive selector.
-
Drive Modes (Snow, Eco): The Harrier EV was also seen to have multiple drive modes like the Snow Mode as well as Eco Mode, which is available with the standard Harrier.
