10 Features The Tata Curvv EV Top Variant Gets Over Similarly Priced 2025 Tata Harrier EV Base Variant
The Harrier EV’s base variant is Rs 50,000 more affordable than the Curvv’s top variant, hence leading us to this report
The 2025 Tata Harrier EV is Tata’s flagship electric SUV with its base-spec Adventure trim priced at Rs 21.49 lakh. It is positioned close to the Tata Curvv EV’s top-spec Accomplished Plus A variant, which is priced at Rs 21.99 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom). However, both aren’t direct rivals with the Harrier EV being the more premium and larger offering.
The top-end Curvv EV commands a Rs 50,000 premium over the Harrier EV’s base model and for that extra ask, here are the top 10 features it offers over the base Harrier EV:
Larger Infotainment
The Tata Curvv EV Accomplished Plus A comes with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system compared to the 10.25-inch unit in the Harrier EV Adventure. That said, both systems support wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Meanwhile, the top-end Harrier EV goes the distance by offering a 14.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a QLED display for better clarity.
Ventilated Front Seats
The Curvv EV offers ventilated front seats in its top variant, a feature missing in the Harrier EV’s base model.
However, the Harrier EV does offer 8-way power adjustment for the driver seat and 4-way adjustment for the co-driver, while the Curvv EV only provides 6-way power adjustment for the driver seat.
Wireless Phone Charger
A wireless phone charger is available in the Curvv EV, which is not offered in the entry-level Harrier EV Adventure. In the base Harrier EV, you’ll have to rely on cables and the available charging ports for charging your devices on the go.
9-Speaker Sound System
The Curvv EV features a 9-speaker JBL sound system, offering a more immersive audio experience compared to the 6-speaker unit in the Harrier EV Adventure.
Ambient Lighting
The Curvv EV gets ambient lighting, adding a premium feel to the cabin, especially during night drives. This feature is absent in the base-spec Harrier EV.
Panoramic Sunroof
One of the most sought-after features for Indian buyers is a panoramic sunroof and it is included in the Curvv EV, while it is not available in the Harrier EV’s base variant.
Air Purifier
The Curvv EV Accomplished Plus A also includes an air purifier, which is a valuable feature for maintaining a clean, pollution-free cabin, particularly on dusty Indian roads. The base Harrier EV misses out on this feature.
360-Degree Camera
The Curvv EV is equipped with a 360-degree camera, offering better visibility while parking or navigating tight spaces. In contrast, the Harrier EV Adventure only gets a rearview camera.
Do note that higher-spec variants of the Harrier EV come with a 360-degree camera featuring transparent mode, which even shows what’s beneath the vehicle.
ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
The base Harrier EV does not get an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), while the Curvv EV Accomplished Plus A includes it. The level-2 ADAS features include lane keep assist, forward collision warning, and more.
Powered Tailgate
The Tata Curvv EV in its top variant gets a powered tailgate with hands-free gesture control. The same sort of convenience is absent in the base Harrier EV.
Do note that all the above features are available in higher variants of the Tata Harrier EV, prices of which are not revealed yet. Given that the top-end Curvv EV costs only Rs 50,000 more than the base Harrier EV Adventure, these features make it a compelling package to consider over the more premium Harrier EV.
