Unlike the exterior that now looks more sophisticated, the 2025 Triber’s cabin has seen minimal changes

The 2025 Renault Triber facelift was recently launched in India at Rs 6.3 lakh (ex-showroom). As part of its midlife update, the Triber now gets an updated exterior, a tweaked interior and some feature additions. We have already given you an explainer of the Renault Triber facelift’s exterior design and in this report, we are going to focus on the interior.

The 2025 Renault Triber facelift has now received a slightly tweaked dashboard, where the infotainment system is now a floating unit. The black and beige colour scheme with the faux wood insert gives the cabin an upmarket feel. Also, one can also notice that the Triber comes with dual gloveboxes for added practicality.

Also new is the 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. While the size hasn’t increased, the interface and graphics are new and look much nicer than before.

Right below that are rotary dials for controlling the AC. Unfortunately, they are still manual controls and we would have liked automatic climate control. One can also notice toggle-like switches to control functions such as the parking sensor, hazards, rear defogger, central locking and turning off the electronic stability control.

There is a small storage space below the AC controls to store knick knacks. Also, you can see the engine start-stop button and the USB Type-A port in this image.

Renault has provided the Triber facelift with a wireless phone charger. The size of the pad is big and can easily accommodate larger phones.

The lower centre console houses the gear lever and right behind it - there are cupholders and storage space to keep your knick knacks. One can also notice the pattern on the seat upholstery, which looks nice and premium.

Meanwhile the driver gets a 7-inch digital driver’s display, which shows all the vital information such as your speed, tachometer, fuel efficiency, service reminder, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and a whole lot more.

The steering wheel is the same as before, but it has been updated with the new Renault logo. One can also see the addition of cruise control in the above image.

As seen in this image, the seats also get the black and beige treatment. Unlike most modern cars, the Triber continues with fixed headrests. In this day and age, we would have liked adjustable headrests for front seat occupants.

Middle row occupants get plenty of adjustment for the seats. They can slide and recline for better comfort levels. Also, the left side of the Triber’s middle row seat has a one touch tumble function, which makes ingress and egress easier for third row occupants.

Speaking of which, legroom for the last row with the seats pushed back is enough for kids or your pet. But thanks to the sliding middle row, one can push it ahead to open up a bit more room for short occupants in the third row.

In terms of boot space, the Triber offers enough space for one or two soft bags with all three rows up. But one can remove the third row, where it opens up a massive 625-litre trunk for storing plenty of luggage. With the second row folded down, the Triber is perfect for moving homes.

Features Onboard

The Renault Triber comes packed with all the essentials you need such as an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, manual AC with rear vents, keyless entry with push button start, cruise control, and a wireless phone charger.
