Toyota Launches 'Liva TRD Sportivo - Limited Edition'
Toyota Motors, on the 1st anniversary of the Etios Liva, launched the Liva TRD Sportivo Limited Edition. Only 1200 such exclusive cars will be on sale till October 2012. The edition is designed by the Toyota Racing Development (TRD), Japan and has a racing – inspired design. It will be available in two exclusive colors, White and Ultramarine Blue. Liva limited edition is available at a price of Rs. 5.23 lakh for petrol and Rs. 6.32 Lakh for the diesel model (All prices Ex-Showroom Delhi), the bookings and deliveries for which start today.

The car will have enhanced sporty looks like the front bumper spoiler, aerodynamic side skirt, 2-tone rear bumper spoiler along with a roof spoiler which is designed by the TRD. Further adding to the style quotient are the specially designed 15inch alloy wheels which have been given a Gun-Metal finish. New body side graphics, chrome badge on the boot lid to symbolize the Toyota Racing Development, the “TRD Sportivo” limited edition branding along with new seat fabrics with the “TRD Sportivo” logo and silver shift knob, make a complete sporty package.
On the occasion, Hiroshi Nakagawa, MD, Toyota Kirloskar Motors said that the company is glad at the introduction of the limited edition. He further added that the Etios and Etios Liva have been helping Toyota increase their customer base and soon the company will begin the domestic production of engine and transmission. This might be initiated end of this year or early 2013. Adding to the celebration was the news of the first batch of Etios series was exported to South Africa this year.
Sandeep Singh, the Deputy Managing Director, Marketing, TKM said that the limited edition Toyota Etios Liva is set to offer exclusivity and excitement among customers. He also mentioned that to further enhance the customer experience Toyota introduced the Waku Doki campaign which when loosely translated, means an exciting adrenaline rush and with the new Liva TRD Sportvio Limited Edition and the entire range, Toyota offers the customers a waku doki Toyota experience.
