Skoda Rapid Active and Ambition Plus Variants Launched, New Prices and Features
Like we reported to you earlier that Skoda Auto India is planning to update its successful Rapid Range with new variants by adding some exciting features to them. So finally they have added the Plus packages to their Active and Ambition variants (diesel and petrol, both) at an increased price, although the price difference is not very big. No mechanical changes are given to the new variants, but they have come out as more plush and feature-rich products their existing variants. Below is the list of features that Active Plus and Ambition Plus variants get over their regular variants.

- Remote Control with Foldable Key
- Remote Control locking and unlocking of doors and boot lid
- Electrically Adjustable external Mirrors/ORVMs
Skoda Rapid Ambition Plus additionally gets
- Chrome trim on air conditioning vents duct sliders
- Comfort opening and closing of windows
- Remote control opening and closing of windows
- SKODA 2-DIN audio player with security code and large format display
- Front and rear speakers
- Auxiliary audio input for portable media players, SD/MMC data card reader
- Electrically adjustable external mirrors
- One-touch automatic operation

Most of the the features added to all new Rapid Ambition Plus were only available with the top end variant Elegance till now. So with the Plus Packages, Skoda India has got a lot to offer to its customers in the upcoming festive season, they will now now have more options to chose from.
