Toyota Motor Thailand, said that the Camry Hybrid may be priced quite closely to existing petrol-powered Camry models in Thailand, predicting a premium of not more than 100,000 Thai baht owing to the fact that the Camry Hybrid is subject to an excise duty of only 10 per cent instead of 35 per cent in Thailand.
