Renault Kiger Gets A New RXT (O) Variant With Some Features From The RXZ
It will only be available in red with the 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine

The new Kiger RXT (O) variant gains LED headlamps, diamond-cut alloy wheels, air filter, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay over the RXT variant.

Compared to the RXZ variant, it misses out on the 7-inch digital instrument cluster, driving modes, and power-folding ORVMs.

It is available only with the 72PS 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired to 5-speed manual and AMT options.

The RXT (O) variant costs Rs 35,000 more than the RXT priced from Rs 7.37 lakh to Rs 7.87 lakh.
Renault has launched a new RXT (O) variant of the Kiger which will be open for bookings from August 6. It’s positioned between the RXT and RXZ variants and borrows some features from the latter. Prices are yet to be officially revealed but our dealership sources have confirmed it will range between Rs 7.37 lakh to Rs 7.87 lakh, demanding Rs 35,000 over the RXT variant.
The Kiger RXT (O) variant gains tri-octa LED headlamps, diamond-cut alloy wheels, air filter, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay over the RXT. It also features an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, a rear view camera, four airbags, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, and rear AC vents. Additionally, this variant is only available in Radiant Red.
This new variant misses out on a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, Arkamys sound system, driving modes, and power-folding ORVMs, compared to the top-end RXZ variant.
The RXT (O) variant is available only with the 72PS/96Nm 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, mated to 5-speed manual and AMT. The sub-4m SUV is also available with a 100PS/160Nm 1-litre turbo-petrol engine with 5-speed manual and CVT options.

The Renault Kiger retails from Rs 5.64 lakh to Rs 10.09 lakh. It rivals the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Nissan Magnite, Kia Sonet, and Ford EcoSport.
