Mercedes-Benz launches 192 units of E-Class in six colours

German luxury carmaker Mercedes- Benz launched a limited edition, 192 units, of its E- Class cars in India, priced at Rs 43.4 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It will be available in six different colour options. Mercedes- Benz India Managing Director and CEO Wilfried Aulbur said that the company would produce only 192 units in this edition, and would come with a three-litre diesel engine. The other features in the limited edition would include double-spoke light alloy wheels, LED technology tail lights. Mercedes-Benz E- Class is clearly the most sought after luxury car and we have sold over 16,000 units of this car since its India launch in 1996, he added.
