Maruti Suzuki Launches 'Ertiga Green' CNG Version

India's largest car manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki India has now launched the CNG version of its famous MPV Ertiga. Called as Ertiga Green, the CNG version has been made available in two variants priced at Rs 6.52 lakh and Rs 7.30 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.

Speaking about the Ertiga Green, MSI Vice President (Marketing) Manohar Bhat said, "We continuously work to offer products that are high on fuel efficiency and low on overall cost of ownership. Ertiga Green, with a factory fitted CNG system, is another step of Maruti Suzuki to meet today's need of our customers," .

With Ertiga Green, Maruti Suzuki India now has a total 6 vehicles with factory fitted CNG kits. The other five are Alto, WagonR, Eeco, Estilo and SX4. It also makes the Ertiga the second vehicle to have all three fuel options (Petrol, Diesel, CNG), the other vehicle is SX4.

The CNG version will be sold in the states and cities with CNG infrastructure including Delhi, Gujarat, Mumbai, Pune ad parts of UP, MP and Andhra Pradesh.
