The 2011 Hyundai Verna RB is expected to be available in four engine variants-two petrol and two diesel ones. It is for the first time that a diesel C-Segment car in India comes with an automatic gearbox. Hyundai has fitted a four-speed gearbox in the new Hyundai Verna RB.

A push button start-stop, motorized rear view mirrors, parking sensors that were till now only to be seen in the high end cars in India, are certainly going to top the list of Hyundai Verna RB features. Certainly, it is the first time that such features are appearing on a C-segment sedan and that these features will step up the prospects of Hyundai Verna RB surely. Once the Hyundai Verna RB is out it will give tough competition to Maruti SX4, Volkswagen Vento and upcoming Ford Fiesta.

Though there are no official confirmations of the launch price of the Hyundai Verna RB but there are unconfirmed reports that the Hyundai Verna RB’s top diesel variant will be priced at Rs10.5 lakh (ex showroom). At this price we could comfortably say that the 2011 Hyundai Verna RB loaded with high-end features will be inviting good response in India.
