Audi India opens the largest luxury car showroom in the country

Audi's largest luxury showroom located in Delhi was inaugurated today by Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India and Raghav Chandra, Managing Director, Audi Delhi (Regent Garage Pvt Ltd). Model turned actor John Abraham was also present at the occasion.

This is the second showroom in a row to be inaugurated in 2011. Considering the kind of response Audi has been receiving by Indian customers this is a small step which the company has taken towards the expansion of the business in India.

Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India stated that the company made remarkable sales in 2010 and strengthened customer touch points through new showrooms in Mumbai (West), Kolkata, Bengaluru and Jaipur.

The two storey new showroom is located at Mathura Road(Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate), in New Delhi. The showroom is spread over 30,000 sq. Ft and has the capacity to display 20 cars at a time.

Some of the unique elements inside the showroom include escalators and 250 ft wide frontage – a first for any luxury showroom in the country.

Raghav Chandra, Managing Director, Audi Delhi, also shared his thoughts on the occasion of the inauguration of the new showroom. He said that the new showroom at New Delhi will help in strengthening Audi’s foothold in Delhi NCR

The exclusive Audi service (workshop and Body shop) will also be managed at the new Audi showroom. The facility is spread over an area of 30,000 sq ft and contains 16 bays which can accommodate 25 cars at a time.

The opening of this landmark showroom was marked by the unveiling of the flagship Audi A8 L. The power packed performer Audi A8 L 4.2 FSI will be available for INR 89,00,000 (Ex showroom Delhi).
