2025 Renault Triber Facelift Teased For The First Time Ahead Of Its Launch Tomorrow

Update (23/07/2025): The 2025 Renault Triber facelift has been launched with prices ranging between Rs 6.29 lakh and Rs 9.16 lakh (introductory ex-showroom prices).

The 2025 Renault Triber facelift is set to launch in India on July 23, 2025, and ahead of its debut, the carmaker has released a teaser offering a glimpse of its updated design. While the teaser does not reveal much, it does provide partial views of the front and rear sections of the refreshed sub-4 metre MPV.

Here’s a closer look at what the teaser reveals:

What Could Be Seen?

At the front, the MPV now features the carmaker’s new 2D logo finished in brushed aluminium. It is positioned on the redesigned gloss black grille that is now sleeker and comes with vertical slats for a sporty and aggressive appearance.

The rear sports a new Triber badge at the centre of the tailgate, also finished in brushed aluminium. The rear bumper gets a rugged look with a black treatment, which is complemented by a silver skid plate for added contrast. Keen-eyed viewers can also spot redesigned tail lights that appear to be connected by a gloss black trim.

Other Expected Design Elements And Features

Numerous spy shots of the 2025 Renault Triber facelift suggest that it will come with new projector headlights (likely to be LED units) that look bolder than before. It is also likely to get a redesigned front bumper finished in black, with a silver skid plate similar to the one at the rear. Notably, the 2025 Triber could offer front fog lamps which are missing on the current-spec model. The side profile design is expected to stay the same, though it could get a new set of alloy wheels.

The interior design of the 2025 Triber facelift has not been revealed or spotted yet. However, it is expected to get an updated dashboard layout along with a new cabin theme featuring brighter colours.

It could continue with the current Triber’s feature set, which includes a 7-inch semi-digital driver’s display, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 6-speaker sound system. Renault may also offer upgrades such as automatic climate control with rear AC vents and an auto-dimming inside rearview mirror (IRVM).

Its safety suite could include six airbags as standard, along with ABS with EBD, electronic stability programme (ESP) and hill start assist. In addition to a rear parking camera, it will also carry over rear parking sensors and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

Expected Powertrain Options

While detailed powertrain specifications of the facelifted Triber are yet to be revealed, it is expected that Renault will carry forward the same engine options as the current model. Here are the details:

This engine is also available with a CNG option that can be retrofitted by an authorised vendor. While it is yet to be confirmed, the 2025 Triber could get a more powerful 1-litre turbo-petrol engine from the Renault Kiger, which produces 100 PS and 160 Nm.

Expected Price And Rivals

The 2025 Renault Triber facelift is expected to be priced slightly higher than the current model, which ranges from Rs 6.15 lakh to Rs 8.98 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). It will not have any direct rivals in India but can be considered a more affordable alternative to the Kia Carens, Kia Carens Clavis, Maruti Ertiga and Maruti XL6.
