Tata Motors has revealed in a press statement that its vehicles will receive a price hike, effective from September 1, 2021. The average increment will be 0.8 percent across the range. The actual hike in price will differ depending on the variant and model.

All current prices will be valid till August 31.

The company had earlier in July announced that it would increase the prices, so this move doesn’t come as a surprise. Other carmakers like Maruti and Honda have also resorted to price hikes to counter the reported rise in costs of raw materials.

The current Tata Motors lineup includes the Tiago, Tigor, Altroz, Nexon, Nexon EV, Harrier, and Safari. Fleet buyers can also purchase the recently launched Xpres-T, which we believe will be the only model to be spared this round of increments.
