The Range Rover Velar has just been launched with a new top-spec Autobiography variant, priced at Rs 89.9 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings for this new flagship variant are underway and you can order it with both diesel and petrol engine options. Notably, this is the only variant in the Velar lineup to come with a diesel engine.

Most of the additions the Range Rover Velar’s new top variants bring are focussed inside the cabin. There is a new suede finish for the headliner that dials up the premiumness, while the cabin gets an extended ‘Windsor’ leather pack for that proper luxury feeling. Audiophiles can also rejoice as this variant now gets the updated Meridian surround sound system. It also comes with a panoramic sunroof as well.
When it comes to comfort, the front seats are powered, ventilated and cooled. And if that ain’t enough, it also comes with a massaging function, which will come useful on long journeys. Even rear seat occupants are taken care of with powered adjustment for the seats. Four-zone climate control will ensure that each occupant gets to choose their own temperature, while the multi-colour ambient lighting should dial up the mood at dark.
There are also minor updates on the outside to ensure that this variant stands out from the base model. That includes minor copper detailing on the outside and larger 20-inch alloy wheels.
