GLE has 5 variants from ₹1 Cr, all 48V mild-hybrid 4MATIC 7-seaters with AMG Line styling. GLE 300d (₹1 Cr) runs the 2.0L diesel (269 hp / 550 Nm, 6.9s to 100). GLE 450 (₹1.11 Cr) brings the 3.0L inline-six petrol (381 hp, 5.6s); GLE 450d (₹1.17 Cr) the inline-six diesel with 750 Nm — and both sixes add AIRMATIC air suspension and the head-up display the 300d misses. Night Editions top the range with black styling and Nappa leather. All get dual 12.3-inch MBUX displays, Burmester with Dolby Atmos (13 speakers / 590W), panoramic sunroof, ventilated memory seats, an electrically sliding second row, 4-zone climate, MULTIBEAM LED and 360° camera. Most buyers land at GLE 450d (₹1.17 Cr) — 750 Nm of six-cylinder diesel with AIRMATIC is the spec this car was built around — the sixes justify their premium over the 300d in a way few luxury upgrades do.
