Reinvented from the ground up, the new Qashqai pushes the boundaries of design and innovation – ushering in sector-first technologies and introducing fresh thinking in every area. From advanced aerodynamics to state of the art cabin infotainment systems, the new Qashqai represents Nissan at its most creative.

The new Qashqai takes on the spirit of the ground-breaking original and amplifies the core qualities that have endeared it to over two million drivers around the world. The new seven-seater version of the Qashqai will be coming to India as well. The previous generation has been a hit for Nissan, and this is likely to be placed above the Nissan Terrano in the Indian market. Considering the demand for seven-seater SUVs is higher in India, Nissan will introduce it as a competition to the Toyota Fortuner and the Ssangyong Rexton.

Nissan might replace the X-Trail with the Qashqai or it will be placed below it. Considering that the X-Trail isn’t be a successful product for India, the Japanese-manufacturer might not introduce the product in India.
