    BMW i5 LWB Unveiled

BMW India has revealed the i5 LWB, the electric version of its 5-series sedan. The i5 LWB (Long Wheelbase) boasts a stunning design with the signature BMW Kidney Grille at the front, which is closed off, being an electric sedan. This also has a luxurious-looking stance in profile with a large set of alloy wheels.

The BMW i5 LWB was revealed alongside the X1 LWB, which is the entry-level luxury SUV of BMW. So, let’s dive deeper into what the driver-focused sedan has to offer with an LWB version:

    Design

    • Looking at the front, the i5 LWB has the iconic BMW nose with an illuminated kidney-grille design upfront with vertical chrome slats.

    BMW i5 LWB Front Grille

    • It has aggressive-looking LED headlamps, which have LED DRLs integrated into them as well. It also has a sculpted front bumper, which has an air dam present lower down, and also has Titanium Bronze inserts on the bumper as well as the grille.

This electric sedan could just be a game changer for BMW, as it is going to tackle the segment leader, the Mercedes E-Class LWB, by also offering a spacious rear seat with ample legroom, backseat entertainment screens, and individual climate zones.
