MG Motor India has launched an online consultancy platform called ‘eXpert’ for new car buyers. It has been introduced to offer ‘one-on-one’ assistance for customers and MG says it will be made available 24x7 soon. The carmaker has partnered with Eccentric Engine to offer this service.
Under this initiative, MG is offering a concierge service to facilitate the car purchasing procedure for customers. An MG executive will assist customers with their queries related to finance, price, and expected delivery of the vehicle. With the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, it will also enable buyers to experience a real car-like experience in their homes. Additionally, customers can also choose personalisation options along with their preferred accessories for the MG car.

Gurugram, February 16, 2022: MG Motor India today announced the launch of MG eXpert, an industry-first product exploration experience. With the ‘Live Streaming’ AR on-vehicle, customers can also see an actual car from the comfort of their home, visualise the colour palate and accessorise the car for the final look and feel. Customers can even connect directly with product eXperts to make a purchase decision with step-by-step guidance. Apart from a virtual look at the car, MG Experts can provide customers with on-road price, expected delivery date, and variant comparison, effectively bringing the dealership experience home. Moreover, customers can book a test drive at their nearest dealership.
