Mahindra Launches H-Series Xylo in India at Rs. 8.23 lakh

After teasing the Mahindra Xylo H-Series on its official Facebook page, Mahindra Mahindra has now finally launched the H-Series Xylo in India for Rs. 8.23 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The Xylo H-Series has been made available in three variants H4, H8 and H9. The H-Series Xylo will now be made available in dolphin grey colour. The H8 and H9 are priced similar to that of the outgoing E-Series Variants. The Xylo will now sport the more powerful mHawk engine that does its duty to all the Scorpio LX and above variants.

The Xylo H4 now receives ABS, while the H8 gets the ABS and Airbags both. The new top-of-the line Xylo H9 is a feature rich variant with features like Cruise Control, Voice Command Technology and Digital Drive Assist System. Deriving its power from the mHawk diesel engine, the H-Series Xylo churns out the maximum power output 118bhp and 280Nm of torque.

Mated to a five-speed manual transmission, power is transmitted to the rear-wheels. Commenting on the new line-up, Pravin Shah, chief executive, automotive division said,"The Xylo has since its introduction in 2009 carved a unique identity for itself in the area of class leading space and comfort. The addition of the world class mHawk engine will further boost its performance and take it a notch higher in its segment. Equipped with higher power and better efficiency, we are sure that the new Xylo H-series will be a popular choice amongst the discerning personal buyers.”
