Audi eyes at selling over 5000 units
Audi recently launched Audi A7 in India. And with the launch of Audi A7, this famous lavish car manufacturer has altered and improved its sales goal. It has hiked its sales target by more than 10%, which comes out to be around 5000 units in the year of 2011. This announcement was made on the basis of hearty increase in the sales throughout the 1st four months of 2011.

According to the head of Audi India, Michael Perschke, in proportion with the growth that has been witnessed in the initial months of 2011, the firm has a strong belief that they have the power to sell out more units as compared to last year. The last year’s target was around 4500, and now it has been increased 5000 units in 2011.

Through the initial months of this year, Audi has managed to sell approximately 1,986 coupes, which is way higher when compared to last year (967 units). Even in the month of April this year, Audi was successful to sell around 375 cars, whereas the firm has sold only 198 units in April 2010. On the whole, in the year of 2010, Audi India sold about 3,003 coupes in the country.
