All the variants of Hyundai Verna will now come with standard Reverse Camera

Hyundai India is soon going to offer a standard reverse camera on all the variants of the Verna which also includes the base versions of the car. Although this accessory is being offered in the higher variants of Verna named SX and SX (O) trim levels but now with the reverse camera, the base variant will be called as Verna EX. The present scenario of Hyundai Verna sales shows that higher specification variants are in more demand and to push the sales of the base variant, Hyundai has opted to offer a standard reverse camera as a goodie which can be also be called a strategy adopted by this Korean company. This strategy will help Hyundai to strenghten its market position.

The other reason why this standard reverse camera is being offered in all variants, is to remove the complexity in the production process and all the Verna’s will have the same rear view mirror. The Hyundai Verna is the only car in the segment which is offering the reverse camera as standard equipment. Hyundai Verna is one of the best selling C-segment sedans in India which offers the world class features and specifications. As there is no clarity on the prices of the new models with reverse camera but expectations are that the price will be hiked by Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 20,000.
