The Kia Carens Clavis has been recently revealed, with its prices set to be announced on May 23. The carmaker had already revealed the new MPV’s variant-wise features and specifications. Today, Kia has also released the 2025 Carens Clavis’ claimed fuel efficiency figures. Before discussing that, let’s take a quick look at the powertrain options that are offered with the MPV.

The Clavis turbo-petrol with a dual-clutch automatic is claimed to be the third most frugal choice to go with. It claims to return 16.66 kmpl.

The Kia Carens Clavis with the naturally aspirated petrol engine offers the least claimed fuel efficiency of the lot.
Features Onboard
The Kia Carens Clavis gets an upmarket beige and navy blue-themed cabin. Its dashboard layout looks similar to the Syros subcompact SUV, with the same steering wheel and dual 12.3-inch displays for infotainment and instrument cluster. Besides that, it comes with features like a 4-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, sunshades for the middle row passengers, a panoramic sunroof and an 8-speaker Bose sound system.
Safety is ensured by 6 airbags (as standard), a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, disc brake on all four wheels, front and rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and Level-2 advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).
Expected Price Rivals
The 2025 Kia Carens Clavis prices will be officially revealed on May 23, 2025. We expect its prices to start from around Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). It will take on the Maruti XL6, Maruti Ertiga, Kia Carens and Toyota Rumion while serving as an affordable alternative to the Maruti Invicto, Toyota Innova Hycross and Toyota Innova Crysta.
