After a long, long time, you can now buy an all-wheel drive Tata car. The Indian carmaker has launched the all-wheel drive (AWD) variants of the 2025 Tata Harrier EV, which are priced from Rs 28.99lakh (ex-showroom). The Tata Harrier EV is offered in three broad variants – Adventure, Fearless and Empowered – with the AWD being limited to the top-spec variant.

The 2025 Tata Harrier EV comes with fast charging capabilities. It just takes 25 minutes to top up from 20 to 80 percent using a 120 kW fast charger. For added peace of mind, the carmaker also offers a lifetime warranty on the battery pack.
2025 Tata Harrier EV: Off-road Stats And Features
With the inclusion of all-wheel drive in the Harrier EV, it’s capable of doing more than just on-road duties. For starters, it boasts an approach angle of 25.3 degrees, a breakover angle of 16.6 degrees and a departure angle of 26.4 degrees. There are 6 terrain modes on offer: Normal, Custom, Rock Crawl, Snow/Grass, Mud Ruts, and Sand. There’s also an off-road assist, where it can maintain a steady speed while tackling obstacles.
For added convenience, the 360-degree camera system has a Transparent View function, where you can see what’s underneath the car.
2025 Tata Harrier EV: Other Features Onboard
It also comes with a whole lot of features, including a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a 14.5-inch digital driver’s display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, a 10-speaker JBL sound system with Dolby Atmos, panoramic sunroof, multi-colour ambient lighting as well as powered and ventilated front seats.
Passenger safety is taken care of by seven airbags, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, electronic stability control (ESC), an electronic parking brake with auto hold and Level-2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
