2013 Chevrolet Cruze Launches in Malaysia
General Motors Malaysia has finally launched the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze, which is a mid-life facelift of the premium sedan. The facelifted Chevrolet Cruze has got some changes both inside and out that helps the vehicle to become more sophisticated yet aggressive in looks. While at the outside, it has got a revamped headlmaps, newly designed fog lamps, a new front bumper and 16-inch alloy wheels, it receives some positive add ons inside the cabin as well like MyLink infotainment system.
However, no mechanical changes have been made, Chevrolet Cruze facelift retains the similar 1.8-litre EcoTec naturally aspirated petrol engine, which churns out the maximum of 140bhp and 176Nm of peak torque. The similar was first showcased at the 2012 Busan Motor Show, South Korea earlier this year.
In India, the Cruze has already revived a facelift some time back with a new engine that made the car even more powerful in terms of engine performance. So we aren't expecting a facelift in India anytime soon, however some of our sources told us that the company might bring the next generation Cruze next year, which will have some major changes.
