Vintage car rally to be held in Gurgaon today
This weekend is going to be the most memorable weekend for the car lovers in Gurgaon especially for those who are interested to see the old Vintage Cars, which are hard to find in the present modern day but are still remembered because of their uniqueness and are still maintained properly and proudly by the owners of vintage cars.

This Saturday i.e., on April 30, 2011 for the first time Gurgaon will be proudly organizing the Vintage Car rally on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. Before the official announcement of the rally to start the Vintage Cars will be paid an honour by 21 Gun Salutes, the opening ceremony is proposed to be held in restaurant of sector 29 in Gurgaon. It is expected that almost 50 participants from Delhi, Gurgaon and other areas closest to Delhi will be proudly participating in the rally with their very rarely found car models. The visitors will also get an opportunity of witnessing the old traditional cars like 1927 Chevrolet Tourer, 1930 Stutz M series, 1960-61 Mercedes Ponton running on roads in front of their eyes.
From long time Delhi has been organizing the Vintage Car rally at regular intervals but with expansion of city and congested area people are moving towards the areas nearer like Gurgaon and Noida as there is huge space for hosting large events like this providing the comfortable space of parking and accommodating huge visitors of defects and proper functioning of the machinery and engine.
The most important task in the maintenance of the Vintage Cars is their proper cleaning which is conducted by the team of experts who after the intensive programme get thorough knowledge of engines installed in Vintage Cars and know the proper methods of cleaning and maintaining them.
According to the sources most of the vintage car owners participating in Gurgaon Vintage Car rally are coming from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, the oldest car participating in the rally is 1928 Ford whereas the youngest car is Mercedes 1975 model.
