At the launch of the first Tesla dealership in India at Mumbai, the American carmaker had said that initially it will open two more showrooms in India at Delhi and Gurugram. Now, Tesla has opened its 2nd outlet in the country in Delhi, giving customers an option to check out the Tesla Model Y in person in another city. Notably, this showroom is located at Aerocity’s Worldmark 3 complex, which is near Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport in the city.
With the introduction of this new showroom, the carmaker has added 4 more superchargers in India, taking the total number of these fast chargers to 8 now. Although the showrooms are open currently in only Mumbai and Delhi, buyers from all over the country can book the Model Y online through the EV maker’s Indian website.
