Tata Tiago NRG Facelift Starts Reaching Dealerships

It will just get some cosmetic upgrades over the regular Tiago

• The Tiago NRG facelift will be launched on August 4. 

• Will get a new Camo Green colour borrowed from the Harrier. 

• As per the new images, it will get blacked out treatment for the roof and ORVMs, new alloy wheels, roof rails and body cladding. 

• The all-black themed cabin can be seen with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, manual AC, flat-bottom steering wheel, and a digital instrument cluster. 

• The facelift of the Tiago NRG Should demand Rs 30,000 more than the regular Tiago. 

The Tata Tiago NRG facelift has been snapped as it has started reaching dealerships. It is basically a crossover version of the regular Tiago and will be launched on August 4. 

Going by the images, it gets a complete body cladding, silver skid plates, blacked out treatment for the roof and outside rear view mirrors (ORVMs), new alloy wheels and roof rails. The rear profile sees black body cladding across the boot housing the ‘Tiago’ and ‘NRG’ badging. The Tiago NRG is seen in a new Camo Green colour similar to the Harrier Camo Edition.

The cabin gets an all-black treatment with silver accents across the dashboard. It features a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, flat-bottom steering wheel with mounted audio controls, a digital instrument cluster, manual AC and a rear parking camera. 

Under the bonnet, it will continue with the same 86PS/113Nm 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, paired with 5-speed manual and AMT units.

It should demand around Rs 30,000 more than the regular model, which retails from Rs 4.99 lakh to Rs 6.95 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). While the Tiago rivals the Datsun GO, Hyundai Santro, Maruti Suzuki Celerio, and the Wagon R, the NRG will rival the Celerio X.
