Tata Nano and Indica are still Amongst Top Favourites
The Indian auto giant, Tata Motors has recently revealed its sales report for July 2012, and that has shown us some interesting facts, first their passenger vehicle car segment has inspected a growth of 53 per cent. Secondly Tata Nano which was struggling hard for last few months, this time around they have made a record growth of 68 per cent and that has shut all those voices, which were raising against the future of “World's Cheapest Car''. In fact the Nano's individual performance has helped in escalating its cumulative sales (January to July) by 9 per cent as compared to the last year.

The other Tata cars which have been exceptional this month were Tata Indica and Tata Indigo. The Indica and Indigo range stood at no. 6 and 9 respectively in the list of top 10s of July. Tata Indica range sales stood at 8,852 nos., higher by 51 percent over 5,860 nos., sold in July, 2012, whereas a total of 6,816 Indigos were sold, higher by 40%, over last year July's 4,877 units.
Composite sales of passenger vehicles saw a growth of 5 per cent till July 2012 if compared with the last year. So on the whole, the month July has given one Tata Motors one more reason to celebrate.
