Tata Motors has provided the Rashtrapati Bhavan with the Tata Curvv EV and the Tata Tiago EV. Notably, the entire Tata EV range is available on sale on the GeM (Government e Marketplace) platform, which facilitates governmental organisations to purchase and sell goods and services. The Tata Curvv EV is the most premium electric offering in the carmaker’s current lineup in India. It gets a futuristic design with connected LED DRLs, vertically stacked LED headlights, 18-inch aerodynamically designed alloy wheels and connected LED tail lights. The SUV-coupe design and flush-type door handles make it look distinct from its rivals.
The interior design too is fairly modern with a layered dashboard design finished in a white and black theme. It gets a modern-looking 4-spoke steering wheel with the illuminated Tata logo, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a 9-speaker JBL sound system, a panoramic sunroof, and ventilated front seats.
It also boasts a 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating and gets 6 airbags (as standard), a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake with auto hold and a level-2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) suite.

More About Tata Tiago EV
The Tata Tiago is the carmaker’s most affordable electric offering that received its model year update in January 2025, where it got a slightly revised design. The changes on the outside included LED headlights, a new black blanked-off grille and revised inserts for the air intake channels on the front bumper. However, it gets the same 14-inch steel wheels with stylised covers.
Inside, it gets a 2-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, a 10.25-inch touchscreen and a semi-digital driver’s display. Other features include a 4-speaker sound system, cruise control, a cooled glovebox, a manually adjustable driver’s seat and a push-button start/stop.
Its safety suite includes dual airbags (as standard), hill hold assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a rear parking camera and ISOFIX child seat anchorages.

Price And Rivals
The Tata Curvv is priced between Rs 17.49 lakh and Rs 21.99 lakh and it rivals the MG ZS EV, Mahindra BE 6 and the Hyundai Creta Electric.
The Tata Tiago EV, on the other hand, is priced from Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 11.14 lakh. It locks horns with the MG Comet EV and Citroen eC3.
