Based on Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture Design Philosophy, new Hyundai Verna comes fitted with high-end technological specifications blended in astounding design, plush well appointed interiors, which were earlier available only in the higher segment cars. According to reports, the new Hyundai Verna Fluidic price is currently Rs 699,000 - Rs 1,074,500 (ex-Showroom, New Delhi).

According to experts, if “under the hood” specifications of Hyundai Verna are discussed then this new Fluidic Verna is available with four engine options - 1.4 litre VTVT producing 107PS@6300rpm of maximum power and delivering torque of 13. 8 Kgm@5000 rpm, 1.6 litre VTVT petrol engine distributing 123PS@6300rpm maximum power and peak torque of 15. 8@ 4200 rpm, the diesel variant i.e. 1.4 litre CRDi is capable of producing 90PS@4000rpm max power with a peak torque of 22.43 kgm @ 1750-2750 rpm. The high-end diesel variant i.e. the diesel 1.6 litre VGT CRDi is capable of producing 128@4000rpm max power and 26.5 kgm @ 1900-2750 rpm of peak torque.

As per reports, the high-end variants i.e. 1.6L diesel and petrol are available with a 4-speed automatic transmission while manual transmission mode is available in all variants. as compared to old VERNA and other cars like VENTO and LINEA the new one looks delicate , the seat height is also less, they could have given 60-40 split for rear seat. the third seat in middle position will feel somewhat uneasy because of a bit vertical exposure . otherwise the car is metaculasly designed. Off course as usual the price is more than its competitors.
