New cars in India: long waiting period
Waiting period for new cars in India became longer now-a-days! After a number of new car launches in India, demand of the cars increased and resulted in long waiting period. The waiting period may be from 20 to 45 days. The growing demand for the cars caused the problem and the demand grew due to new cars in India. These cars include Maruti Ritz, Maruti Swift Dzire, Maruti Wagon R, Hyundai i10, Hyundai Verna, Hyundai i20 Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Aveo, Fiat Linea, Chevrolet Captiva, Honda CR-V and Toyota Fortuner. However, the cars like Maruti Alto, Fiat Linea, Maruti 800 are not in the competition.

However, the cars like Maruti Alto, Fiat Linea, Maruti 800 are not in the competition. So the customers are opting for these. Fiat Linea's higher variant Emotion has a one month waiting period. Meanwhile, there is a possibility that the manufacturers are creating artificial demand for the cars. One more reason may add the growing demand. Auto makers do not want to have stock at the showrooms. The awaited new car launches, Volkswagen Polo and Chevrolet Beat, might add to the present scenario. Recently, Premier Auto launched its Premier Rio in the market.
