Maruti Suzuki Ciaz gets 'RS Treatment'
With the festive season just around the corner, Maruti Suzuki India has added a new variant called the Ciaz RS, to the Ciaz lineup. This sedan was recently updated with the addition of a mild hybrid system called the Ciaz SHVS. The RS trim will be based on Zxi+ and Zdi+ SHVS variants and will cost Rs. 9,20,000 and Rs.10,28,000(ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.

Ciaz RS gets an all-black interior theme with grey chrome finished instrument panel, adding to the sportiness factor. It also gets a spoiler pack which includes front under spoiler, side under spoiler, trunk lid spoiler and rear underbody spoiler which helps in differentiating this sedan from the standard Ciaz.

Ciaz has been a successful brand for Maruti and it has sold over 56,000 units of the same since its launch in October 2014. This RS trim gets all the bells and whistles that are present in Zxi+ and Zdi+ variants of the standard Ciaz like a SmartPlay Infotainment system, dual airbags and ABS. Ciaz is also our country’s most fuel efficient car at 28.09 kmpl and was also the first smart hybrid diesel car in our market.
