The UK-spec e Vitara is priced from £29,999 to £37,799 (Rs 35.05 lakh to Rs 44.16 lakh, approximate conversion to INR).
Both versions feature a 49 kWh and a 61 kWh battery pack.

Suzuki has launched the e Vitara in the UK ahead of the electric SUV’s arrival in India. Do note that the e Vitara for the UK market is exported from India. The e Vitara, poised to be Maruti’s first electric offering in the country, is expected to launch on our shores in September 2025. It was earlier showcased at the Auto Expo 2025, and several dealerships now have the e-SUV on display while also accepting offline bookings.

The Maruti e Vitara features a rugged design. At the front, it gets LED projector headlamps paired with distinctive Y-shaped LED DRLs. The front bumper with its chunky skid plate gives the fascia a butch look. Along the sides, it rides on 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, while the rear sports wraparound LED tail-lamps with a Y-shaped signature, connected by a gloss black trim. Both the Indian and international versions of the e Vitara share this same design.

Interior & Features

Inside, the e-Vitara features a dual-tone black and tan cabin theme with semi-leatherette upholstery. The dashboard sports a layered design, housing a free-standing 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.1-inch digital driver’s display, and a 2-spoke steering wheel with mounted controls.

It also comes equipped with a fixed glass roof, an Infinity sound system, ventilated front seats, a 10-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, ambient lighting, and a PM2.5 cabin air filter.

In terms of safety, the e-Vitara gets ADAS features, which will be the first in the carmaker’s lineup in India. Additionally, it will offer up to seven airbags, a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), as well as front and rear parking sensors.
