Hyundai Introduces Loyalty Programme For New Customers

The programme is valid on all Hyundai models purchased on or after August 13, 2020

  • Hyundai has rolled out a new loyalty programme, ‘Hyundai Mobility Membership’ for its customers. 

  • All those who purchase a Hyundai on or after August 13, 2020, are eligible for membership.

  • Hyundai has stated that all existing customers will be given membership in the next phase.

  • The enrolment process consists of five steps: installing the Hyundai Mobility Membership app, registration, selection of interests, entering vehicle details, and completion of registration.

  • Details such as Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), mobile number, and email address are required for registration.

  • The programme is divided into three main categories: core, mobility and lifestyle.

  • Core caters to the various needs of the car, such as accessories, oils and tyres. Mobility covers alternative forms of personal travel such as subscription models, rentals, ride hailing and chauffeur service. Lifestyle offers benefits on entertainment, food and other doorstep services.

  • Hyundai has partnered with several companies to offer benefits under this loyalty programme.
