Honda Jazz launched in Jaipur @ Rs. 5.40 Lac

Honda has launched the third-generation Jazz in Jaipur at a starting price of Rs. 5.40 Lac (Ex-Showroom Jaipur). Honda wants to make Jazz a grand hit in the country and indeed this time it has got the formula - a diesel heart with the Jazz nameplate. Moreover, it comes with several segment-first features like touchscreen navigation, CVT with steering mounted paddle shifters, etc and rivals with Hyundai Elite i20, Fiat Punto EVO and VW Polo majorly.

Moreover, it comes with several segment-first features like touchscreen navigation, CVT with steering mounted paddle shifters, etc and rivals with Hyundai Elite i20, Fiat Punto EVO and VW Polo majorly.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Raman Kumar Sharma, Senior Vice-President & Director, Honda Cars India Limited said, “The All New Jazz will offer a unique value to its customers with its styling, versatility, packaging and performance. We strongly believe that the Jazz will meet both the rational as well as the aspirational needs of the customers. The All new Jazz will be a key pillar of business and would be instrumental in driving the growth for Honda Cars in India.”

The hatch comes with two engine options along with three transmission options. Starting with the petrol - 1.2-liter i-VTEC generating 90 PS and 110 Nm of peak torque, mated to either a 5-speed manual or CVT with paddle shifters. The diesel is the same 1.5-liter i-DTEC that is in Amaze and City, producing 100 PS and 200 Nm of max torque, mated to a 6-Speed manual gearbox.
