    • Mahindra will offer the XUV700 in two broad trims: MX and AX.

    • The MX’s standout features include an 8-inch touchscreen and a 7-inch digital driver’s display.

    • The AX trim’s standout features include a panoramic sunroof, up to seven airbags, and ADAS tech.

    • Mahindra will offer the SUV with both petrol and diesel engines with manual and automatic transmissions.

    • It is priced from Rs 12 lakh onwards (ex-showroom).

    After a long wait, Mahindra has launched the new XUV700. The SUV is the first model to wear the carmaker’s newly revealed logo. It will be available either as a 5-seater or 7-seater. During the presentation, Mahindra also showcased the variant lineup, highlighting the top features that will be available on each trim. Let’s take a look:

    Although the MX will be a lower-end trim, Mahindra has chosen to offer it with some feel-good features including a semi digital instrument cluster and a decent sized touchscreen system.

    The higher variants of the XUV700 will be available under the Adrenox trim: AX3, AX5, and AX7. Here’s a look at their top features:

    Mahindra has also revealed that the XUV700 will get optional packs that will include Sony’s premium sound system, a 360-degree camera, wireless charging, blind view monitoring, and electrically pop-out door handles. However, the details of these packs will be revealed at a later date.

    It will also feature three drive modes: Zip, Zap, and Zoom on select diesel variants along with a Custom mode to enhance the performance and steering response as needed.

    Mahindra has priced the XUV700 from Rs 12 lakh onwards (ex-showroom). It will commence bookings and deliveries of the SUV from October. The SUV rivals the Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Harrier and Safari, and MG Hector/Hector Plus.

    Do XUV700 MX have keyless entry? Is it possible to get DRLs and fog lamp added to MX variant at extra cost?

      I am Interested , but does it compete against the Alcazar?. Why is company not revealing the dimensions of seven seater version.
