Ford has finally launched its much awaited next generation Figo at a promising base price of Rs. 4.29 lacs (Ex-showroom, Delhi). With this price tag, it is undercutting each and every major rival that include Maruti Swift, Hyundai Grand i10 and Tata Bolt. We have done a short comparison of these cars to highlight the major points that set them apart.

Exteriors

As known, Figo is based upon the earlier launched Aspire that has gained a good stardom by now and as far as looks are concerned, the new Figo doesn't disappoint either. The signature Ford nose makes a statement of its own and sets the Figo apart from the rest.

Interiors

On the inside, Figo walks the trail of the hatchback segments lineup with all black color scheme and silver trims at places like central console, door handles and so on.

Engine

Under the hood, Ford has made sure that this compact hatchback doesn't lose any race with these competitors, at least with the 100 PS diesel and the 112 PS 1.5 litre TiVCT petrol. Every other counterpart is short of this figure and the mileage too is promising.
