Audi India to increase dealers number to 15
Audi India is going to increase its dealership base to 15 by the end of current year to achieve 30% growth in the country. Benoit Tiers, Audi India managing director, reportedly said Audi AG is eyeing 30 per cent growth in the country to 1,500 units by the end of 2009 and hence the dealership expansion. The company is specifically targeting underpenetrated tier-II and Tier-II cities.

He announced it in at the sidelines of launching Quattro Cup in New Delhi. Currently, the Audi model range of Audi A8, Audi Q7, Audi A6, Audi A4 and Audi TT is available at present in seven dealership showrooms across the country in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Ludhiana, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kochi and Kolkata. The company is adding three more dealership network in Kochi (2nd one), followed by Lucknow and Jaipur.
